An FFU unit serves to generate an even, particle-free air flow in the clean room. Multi-stage filter systems are required for this purpose. Okoluft EC fans take over the function of generating air flow and counteract the increasing resistance of the filters by adjusting the speed. A large number of FFU units are usually installed in a so-called clean room ceiling. Energy-saving EC fans play a key role in reducing energy consumption and thus also costs.
