AC external rotor motor, provide a space-saving, compact and robust design. The motor is located inside the impeller, ensuring optimum cooling. Option with speedcontrol via frequency inverter or voltager controlare available. Belts, additional tensioning rails and motor mountings are not required. Thanks to ball bearings with long-term lubrication the motors are very easy to maintain.
External rotor motors are also characterised by an extremely low starting current. Most of the drive motors comply with protection class IP54 according to DIN EN 60034-5. The winding insulation complies with thermal class F. In addition, the winding has moisture protection impregnation as standard.
EC Motors are particularly energy-efficient, can be controlled precisely and stepless, and provide high performance in a compact design. The integrated electronics enable a wide range of control and monitoring functions and eliminate the need for expensive external control components such as frequency converters.
